Come and live as a Tudor!

Volunteers of all ages are needed each year to re-create everyday domestic Tudor life both during the Great Annual Re-Creation and on certain selected other weekends from Easter to end September at Kentwell.

Over the years thousands have taken part. Most are from the UK but we have had participants from all over the world: most European Countries, USA, Australia, New Zealand, India, Sri Lanka and a few from Africa and South America.

Each summer we need some 700 people to take part during the Great Annual Re-Creation of Tudor Life which runs for 3 weeks in late June & early July.

Do I need Tudor skills?

No Tudor skills are necessary, although we hope those taking part will in time acquire some such and there is ample opportunity to learn.

Enthusiasm, commitment and staying power are initially more vital.
