We started Scaresville in earnest in 2008, giving many visitors a fright they'll never forget! 

Indeed some children were so frightened that they could not continue! So for Scaresville 2009 as well as adding new scares and winding up some old ones we introduced a 12 year old minimum age limit, an advisory rather than an absolute ban. We rely upon parents and guardians using their sensible discretion.

Scaresville 2009 was even more fun than before.  It's scares not horror that we present!

With Halloween Night itself and Halloween Eve booking up quickly we realised we had discovered a latent need in people in Suffolk to be scared!

Scaresville 2010 saw us ramp up the scares and 2011 will be even better

We are offering more before, during and after the event, with the opening of our new Ghoulish Games, BARbaric and Catacomb cafe.

Pre-Booking

Pre-Booking for Scaresville is essential as, in order to maintain the frightening nature of the scares, numbers for each night and each time slot will be strictly limited.

Halloween Fun by Day

This is designed for younger children and is operational only during the day over the October Half term. Children may then visit some of the Scaresville Scares but during daylight hours and when the scares are not fully operational so each will be far less frightening. There will also be much other Halloween type fun such as Pumpkin cutting, ghoulish face painting, bat making/painting and the like for them to enjoy.
