Scaresville

In 2007, on a very small scale, we first presented out Scaresville Halloween event. It seemed to us that with all its natural facilities and advantages in the Farm Buildings, the Woods and part of the Gardens allied to our own inventiveness we had  unbeatable scope to create a suitable scary Halloween event.  The response from the public was very encouraging.

2008, therefore, was really our first full year when we were able to put it all together.  it had a remarkably positive response from visitors. It proved an excellent outing for small works get togethers, families, girls' nightout and chaps trying to impress each other or their ladies. Though, very few single folk came on their own.  It was undoubtedly scary but it was also great fun our visitors said.

Now for 2009, we are trying to wind things up another notch. Those who came last year may think they'll know what to expect but will they ?   It'll be scary again but still we do not intend to horrify.  We merely trade on what our site offers (much of it scary at night without anything added) and the fact that visitors have no idea how, when or where  the next scare will come. Come join the fun but book early as we shall limit numbers to maintain the scary nature of it all.
