Planning the Arrangements
"We would like to thank you for your hard work on the day and in the months leading up to the wedding. Your experience and guidance were invaluable and your willingness to accommodate our ideas and wishes meant the whole occasion was very special and personal." Damian

If you are interested in holding your wedding at Kentwell contact Judith Phillips to arrange an initial viewing. At this point she can talk you through the various options that Kentwell offers.
As soon as we have a timetable and a rough outline, Judith will give you an informal quote costing the main items.
Kentwell is our home and we choose to host relatively few weddings each year. Once you have an acceptable indicative quote, you can proceed to booking a date and we can choose a date convenient to both Kentwell and you. So, whenever possible, settle your date after such a meeting not before. Dates tend to book up very quickly and almost all dates for 2012 are now gone. We are still taking bookings for 2013.
By paying the deposit you secure the agreed date. After a detailed planning meeting you will receive a quotation. The deposit will be set off against your final bill if you go ahead but is not refundable if you decide to cancel.
Costs depend on numbers and what you require. For 70 people it is likely to be between about £70 and about £100 per person, depending upon a couple's choice of extras. But we always give you an indication of what your requirements might cost before you have to commit yourself. Indeed, for those prepared to concentrate upon the essentials we have managed to tailor weddings to suit quite limited budgets and enjoyed trying to do so.
