Coach Parties and Group Visits

We welcome visits from pre-booked groups and coach parties. Visit us on our standard opening days, or for our special events - you will find our forthcoming opening and events listed here.

Visits for pre-booked groups of 15 people or more, on standard House and Gardens opening days begin with a welcome talk, usually given by one of Kentwell's owners, Judith or Patrick Phillips, to introduce your group to their home.  Your group are then free to make their way round the House and Gardens at their own pace.  The Stableyard Tearoom is open on all our advertised opening days, for lunches, teas and refreshments, with seating available in the Stableyard and in the Tea Garden.

If you are a group organiser, you are welcome to visit us before booking and look at all we have to offer your party.

Private Guided Tours

If you have a group of 25 people or more, we can offer an Owners Guided Tour of the House, when we are not otherwise open to the public.   Guided Tours are usually given by Kentwell's owners, Judith or Patrick Phillips and can be accompanied by a self-guided visit to the Gardens.   The Stableyard Cafe can be pre-booked for guided tour groups, to serve lunches and afternoon teas for your whole group.

Car Rallies

We are regularly booked to host car rallies, either as a full destination, or as a stop-off from a planned route.  If you organise days out or drives for your group, you are welcome to visit us before booking and explore how Kentwell can add to your day.  As well as providing a very special, scenic backdrop to your vehicles, we can also supply refreshments and meals from the Stableyard Cafe.
